In addition to core consulting packages, a range of specialized services can be incorporated during your engagement or evaluated during your initial consultation. These services are designed to support larger initiatives, system cleanups, and long-term operational improvements.
Available add-ons include:
• ASC buildouts and expansion support
• Capital planning and equipment sourcing
• Complete inventory resets
• Annual or semi-annual physical inventory valuations
• Facilities contract audits and vendor evaluations
• Project management for multi-site rollouts
Many of these services require deployment of a dedicated team of 4 to 8 professionals, depending on the size, number of locations, and overall scope of the project.
The level of effort and total hours required will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to the start of any add-on service. Travel and related expenses are not included and will be billed separately as incurred.
All add-on services can be integrated into an existing engagement or initiated as standalone projects based on your organization’s needs and priorities.
